GUWAHATI, Feb 9: Sushila Panwar of India secured another gold medal for India in the weightlifting event of the 12th South Asian Games which concluded at Bhogeshwari Phukani Indoor Stadium today. Sushila Panwar lifted a total weight of 198 kg in +75 kg weight category. She was followed by Ishani Annushka Kaluthanthri of Sri Lanka (Silver medal) with a total lift of 173 kg and Tara Devi Pun of Nepal (Bronze medal, total lift of 165 kg).
Meanwhile Muhammad Nooh Dastgir Butt of Pakistan won the last gold medal of the weightlifting event today at 105+ Kg (Men) category.
