SHILLONG, July 10: A book titled ‘The West wind of All Time Popular Music: The Poetic Voice of Mankind’ authored by Cassandra Syiem was released on Friday by Former Home Minister and current Vice Chancellor Martin Luther Christian University R.G Lyngdoh at State Convention Center in the City. Speaking as a Chief Guest on the occasion R.G Lyngdoh congratulate the hard work and dedication of Cassandra Syiem author of the book for not giving up on her dream in releasing the book.
