I fully agree to the views put forward in the letters of some people. It is very necessary to exercise regularly to maintain good health and mind. At the present time, we can easily do exercise as we are confining ourselves in houses due to the lockdown as per the COVID-19 guidelines to combat coronavirus. I would, therefore, like to request the people to have exercise as far as possible. Even in normal time, we should practice exercise such as walking, and other free-hand exercises. This is good for both mind and health, and it is antidote to some diseases.
