Temple of Goddess Eereima Lairembi inaugurated

Silchar, April 18: The temple of Goddess Eereima Lairembi was inaugurated by MLA Rajdeep Goala at Nungphow Leikai, Chirirpar Part I, Lakhipur on Wednesday. The temple has been constructed by collecting donations from generous people. The inauguration ceremony was followed by a colourful and eventful traditional programme. Eereima Lairembi is the Goddess of Water. The inaugural function was presided over by S Shubhankar Singha, president of the managing committee of the temple. Among others present on the auspicious occasion included K Ravindra Singha, Deputy Speaker of Manipur Assembly.
