Tezpur student bags Black Belt degree

Tezpur, May 17: Sanchayita Sujan Sarma, student of class IV of All Saints Diocesan School, Tezpur added one more feather in her cap. She has been awarded Black Belt Degree in two categories of Karate Association of India(KAI) and Style (Japan) in the event of Tenshinkan Shotokan Karate by Hasrat Khan, Black Belt 8th Dan Japan and WKF 6th Dan, Class - A Referee and Judge Asian Karate Federation. She was given the award on the occasion of closing ceremony of the 7th State Level Tenshinkan Shotokan Annual Training Camp of Black Belt Exam recently held with a two day long programme here at Hem Baruah Smriti Bhawan Premises. Sanchayita is the daughter of Kulen Sarma, ADC, Sonitpur and Rumi Sarmah. She had already won various medals in different types of National and State Level Karate Competition.
