The Creative Key: Reviving the Marketing Scenario in India

SUCCESS STORY:

Our Bureau

When Diksha Singhi first stepped out in the crowded roads of Delhi, she did not know that a future as an entrepreneur awaited her. Having lived in the small town of Guwahati all her life, Delhi was a sort of a new beginning for her, her chance at building a dream. Little did anyone know then, that she and her team would end up shaping the beginnings and dreams of so many companies in the future.

Still in her final year of her studies but eager to start something new, Diksha, along with her two friends, started 'The Creative Key' in September, 2015 with a singular motive: To revive the marketing scenario in India and bring something fresh to the table. And it is something that has always been reflected in the work of The Creative Key. They believe that there is a superior way of marketing, which is incorporating creativity, authenticity and a revolutionary vision into each campaign that they undertake. They don't just think outside the box but also what to do with the box.

The story of their humble beginnings and subsequent growth is something truly inspiring. What started off as a venture between three friends in a two-bedroom apartment and only a handful of clients for content creation, has turned into a leading branding, marketing and digital communication agency in Delhi, with several dedicated employees, a contemporary space as their office and more than 100 brands as their clients, all in a period of less than three years.

What they offer to their clients is a complete package for establishing their presence online, and offline. Their skilled Design Team deliver creatives, branding & printing collaterals for all kinds of companies, and they develop extensive content strategies, customized for the brand's content requirements. One of their most efficient services is boosting engagement with the target audience on social media through campaigns and well thought-out ads, with a backdrop of a detailed market analysis.

Their SEO services deliver high google rankings, increasing brand visibility in an organic way and bringing in relevant traffic. They also offer E-commerce Support such as Online Cataloguing & Visual Merchandising, seller panel management, Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition activities, allowing clients to focus on other business aspects while they work behind the scenes. The Creative Key has been successful in not just familiarizing target audiences with their clients and boosting sales, but in creating brand names and identities out of businesses.

What stands out in the work of The Creative Key is that their work is not just professional and interesting, but they are combined with certain knowledge of their target consumer and the work instantly stands out as relatable, witty and humorous. There is a minimalist grace in their work, distinguishing them from the overcrowded and overdone content that persists on social media. It is this mastery of complex ideas and simple presentation that has allowed them to build a strong presence in the list of top digital marketing agencies, and an even stronger repute with the brands they work with.

Their Future?

While there are several achievements to their name, they aren't planning to stop their journey anytime soon and have plans to expand to Tier-2 cities where brands, restaurants and start-ups are slowing pacing up but have lack of exposure to the digital industry and to great communication. They are even outlining their expansion into vernacular forms of media.

Workshops are also an objective and they would aim to provide knowledge of digital marketing, design and branding to students, business owners and anybody who has the will to learn.
