DHUBRI: NEVARD Nirmal Bhavan for senior citizens was formally inaugurated in Dhubri on Tuesday. The Bhavan was inaugurated by Dhubri district Social Welfare Officer, Kishori Baruah at Church Road (Bidyapara),Ward No. 9 of Dhubri town, followed by a simple meeting with local people and office bearers of the old-age home.
