Three Golaghat Jatiya Vidyalaya students among HSLC toppers

Golaghat, May 31: Golaghat Jatiya Vidyalaya  continued with its excellent performance this year too in the  HSLC exam with three students of the school mely  Puja Saikia securing seventh position secured 96.67 per cent; Kulajit Das securing18th position with 94.67 per cent and Mas Jyoti Gogoi securing 19th position with 94.50 per cent. Another student of Sacred Heart School, Barbie Borthakur got 19th position with 94.50 per cent.

From Golaghat Jatiya Vidyalaya, 81 students got first division and one got second division with distinction 36, and star marks 27. Pass percentage was 100 per cent.

From Sacred Heart School, 99 got first division, 6 got second division and one got third division. Pass percentage was 100 per cent. From Mahatma Balya Bhawan, 12 got first division, 10 got second division and three got third division. Pass percentage was 100 per cent. From Shankerdev Sishu Niketan, 19 got first division, 6 got second division. Pass percentage was 100 per cent. Total number of students who secured first division in the district is 2,143 , while 3,713 students got second division and 3,577 got third division. Pass percentage is 66.5 per cent.
