Tinsukia District Journalist Association (TDJA) mourns Xatradhikar’s death in Guwahati on Wednesday

TINSUKIA, July 25: The Tinsukia District Journalist Association (TDJA) has deeply mourned the demise of reverend Xatradhikar Bhadrakrishna Dev Goswami in Guwahati on Wednesday who was the founder president of TDJA. Graced with versatile personality, Bhadrakrishna Dev Goswami was xatradhikar of Jokai Xatra, president of Asom Satra Mahasabha, recipient of literary pension and member of Media Trust. All the press clubs in Tinsukia district like Margherita Press Club, Saikhowa Press Club, Tinsukia Press Club, Digboi Press Club, Doomdooma Press Club and Sadiya Press Club expressed condolences on the demise of Goswami. Born in 1933, Goswami started his career as teacher and later joined Assam Oil Company at Digboi. He leaves behind his wife and two daughters.
