To Be In NDA-Fold A Right Decision: Asom Gana Parishad (AGP)

GUWAHATI: AGP president Atul Bora feels that his party boarding the NDA boat is a right decision. Talking to the media on Thursday, Bora said: “Ours is a right decision. We’ll be working with the NDA. We thank the voters for the Lok Sabha poll results of the NDA at the national level and state levels.”

Bora said: “The three seats where our party fielded candidates in accordance with the seat-sharing plan of the ruling alliance in the State were held by Opposition parties. Yet we’ve fought them hard. We thank people who voted for the AGP candidates and our alliance partners who helped us during the campaign. Now on we’ve to work harder with the NDA. We congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP’s national president Amit Shah.”

The AGP contested Barpeta, Kaliabor and Dhubri Parliamentary constituencies.
