Training imparted on leadership development

DIBRUGARH, Feb 24: Nehru Yuva Kendra, Dibrugarh and Jiban Jyoti Yubak Sangha conducted a five-day training programme on Youth Leadership and Community Development (TYLCD) at Thengal LP School here recently. Over 40 youths from Joriguri, Thengal, Majbam and places under Khowang Devlepment Block participated in the training programme. The iugural programme was held under the chairmanship of Bedabrata Bhuyan, District Youth Coorditor i/c, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Dibrugarh where prominent youth leader Khagen Gogoi iugurated the event.

Anku Saikia, Cluster Head and Arpan Deep Das, Field Officer, Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust, Dibrugarh;   Rumi Bora, Agriculture Development Officer; Dr. Debajit Deori,  Veteriry Officer of khat; Shakti Kumar Gupta and Babul Sarma, Trainer of Civil Devefence and Disaster Magement Cell, Dibrugarh and many others attended the programme as resource person.  

All the resource persons elaborated the schemes of the respective departments with lecture and practical demonstration.
