Transparency in recruitment will be maintained: Deb

Agartala, May 12: The Tripura government is going to formulate an employment policy to ensure full transparency in providing jobs to the unemployed youth.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb told a group of unemployed youth, who went to meet him, during the Janatar Darbar that was held in the State Secretariat on Friday.

Chief Minister also told the youth that the government would ensure that full transparency is maintained while recruiting people for government job and would also ensure that the real talent is not deprived of.

Chief Minister said: “It’s not possible for any government to provide job to all unemployed youth of the State. He advised the young boys and girls to take the advantage of the skill development training programme. He also advised them to take the advantage of various Central schemes like Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana.”

People from various section of the society were present at the Jantar Darbar with problems related to education, health care, roads and bridges and land-related issues.

Chief Minister gave a patient hearing to all of them and instructed the secretaries to take appropriate actions.
