TTAADC leaders meet BTC counterparts to study fund structure

Kokrajhar: A six-member team of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) led by Chief Executive Member Radhacharan Debbarma and accompanied by Executive Members, members and senior officials, visited Kokrajhar on Tuesday to observe the ground reality of setting up of Bodoland Territorial Council, fund flowing system and the implementation process of various public welfare schemes in BTC areas.

As part of their tour programme, the team visited the Bodoland Territorial Council Legislative Assembly House and held discussion with the public representatives and officials of BTC. During the meeting, BTC deputy chief Kampa Borgayari addressed the gathering on various aspects with the help of power-point presentation.

On the other hand, TTAADC chief Radhacharan Debbarma gave details about the structure of their District Council and its functioning. The team also visited the Central Institute of Technology and Sericulture Directorate office and interacted with officials. The other team members of TTAADC included Executive Members Rajendra Reang, Parikshit Murasing, general member Ramendra Debbarma, Additional Chief Executive Officer Subal Debbarma and Executive Officer Samarendra Debbarma. Likewise, Speaker Tridip Daimary, Deputy Speaker Nerswn Boro and others were present in the meeting.
