Two apologize for comment on mobile theatre

PATHSALA, Oct 17: Out of three persons who allegedly made derogatory comments against the father of mobile theatre in Assam, two arrived in Pathsala on Tuesday and bowed down their heads to apologize in presence of public at Harimandir premises.  Ajoy Phukan and Jafri Boxi admitted their fault and promised not to do so in future. Their comments which went viral on social media, hurt the sentiments of the people of Bajali subdivision. The third person, Amiya Talukdar is yet to apologize. On Monday, the effigies of the culprits who had allegedly made the comments, were burnt at Pathsala. Besides, a protest meet was held on Sunday at Pathsala town where a large number of people were present.
