Two coaches added to intercity train

Golaghat, September 12: There is good news for train passengers as two coaches have been increased in the intercity train. Of the two coaches one is AC coach and the other is Sleeper Coach. This was a long-standing demand of the people. According to sources,  United Chamber of Commerce Golaghat Station consultative member Ram Manohar Binni along with president Apurba  Ballabh Goswami and secretary Dip Kalita have been busy in correspondence  and submitting memoranda to senior officials of the Railway and the  DRM, Prashant Mishra since last two to three years. After a long time, the rail passengers from Tuesday will be able to enjoy their journey with increased seats. This is a result of the efforts of United Chamber of Commerce, Golaghat. The UCC president and senior jourlist Apurba Ballabh Goswami gave a memorandum to the Minister of State for Railways Rajen Gohain demanding stoppage of Rajdhani Express in Furkating Rail Junction.
