Two-Day Pub Guwahati Bihu Competitions Held

GUWAHATI: The Pub Guwahati Bihu Sanmilan organized various competitions during its two day event of April 14 and 15, where various prizes were given away. For the Axom Bihuoti competition, the first prize was awarded to Rajashree Nath from Sivsagar, the second prize was bagged by Satabdi Kalita from Sivsagar, while the third prize was won by Pahari Buragohain from Dhemaji.

For the Best Dhulia competition, the first prize was awarded to Arup Nath, the second prize was bagged by Bisitra Barpatra, while the third prize was won by Nayan Bora. For the Best Bihu Dancer competition, the first prize was awarded to Anamika Swargary from Guwahati, the second prize was bagged by Trishna Devi from Ghy, while the third prize was won by Sanskriti Devi from Golaghat.

For the Axom Bihuoa competition, the first prize was awarded to Ajit Phookan, the second prize was bagged by Hemanta Medhi, while the third prize was won by Chanakya Gogoi. Pranab Bora bagged the Best Pepa Badon prize, while the Bihu Troupe with Special Taste competition was won by Trishna Devi’s Group.
