Two held with pen pistol at Sori

 SORI, May 29:   A joint operation by the army and police on Thursday netted two persons along with some sophisticated small firearms, including two  pen pistols and four live bullets, from No 5 Dargipatty under Sori police station in Sivasagar district.

Police said the they  were apprehended from a house at Dargipatty area during a joint raid carried out by the intelligence unit of the Army and police. The arrested persons were identified as Bubul Ali (32) and Biki Ali (30).  A case ( no-106/15)  has been registered against Bubul Ali while Biki was released today.
