Two injured in road mishap

DEMOW, Jan 7: Two persons were seriously injured in a road mishap that took place near Demow under Moran Police Station in Khagorijan in NH-37 Road on Saturday night. According to sources, a truck (P B 2 C S 3518) which was coming from Sivasagar and heading towards Dibrugarh, collided with a car (AS 27 C 3187), due to which the driver of the car and another person were seriously injured. Both the injured persons were taken to Demow Model Hospital and after providing primary treatment to both of them, they were referred to Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) in Dibrugarh for better treatment.
