UAMKP demands President's Rule in galand

FROM OUR CORRESPONDENT

SIVASAGAR, March 7: Coming down heavily on the galand government for the barbaric killing of an Assam youth in Dimapur on March 5, the Ujani Asom Muslim Kalyan Parishad (UAMKP) has demanded dismiss of galand Government and imposition of President’s Rule in the ga State.

In a press release issued by the central committee president and chief secretary, Saukat Latif and Ahidur Zaman Chaudhury respectively, it was stated that there was no language to condemn the barbaric killing of Sarifuddin Khan, a 35-year old youth of Assam by the gas.

“The gas have once showed the brutality and inhuman ture. The manner in which the youth was dragged out of the jail and killed brutally on the streets of Dimapur town proved the incapability of galand government and administration as well to maintain law and order. The galand government is working at the gun point of ga extremists. Therefore, the galand government should be dismissed and President’s Rule be imposed,” said both Latif and Chaudhury.
