UDP on selection of candidate

SHILLONG, Feb 2: The United Democratic Party (UDP) as part of its preparation for the upcoming Assembly Election 2018 has directed all its district workers to filise the selection of candidate before March 31, 2017. “The aim of this move is to give appropriate time for the selected candidates of different constituency and its people to prepare and make sure that UPD is victorious in the various constituency,” Dr. Jemino Mawthoh general secretary UDP said in a statement here on Thursday.
