Unidentified Miscreants destroyed school properties under influence of drugs in Biswanath

Biswanath: In a shocking incident, a few unidentified miscreants on Sunday midnight entered the premises of Folfoli Primary School in Biswanath and wrote obnoxious sentences in the school register books and on the posters of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Swami Vivekananda under the influence of drugs.

As per school officials, a notorious gang has been trying to enter inside the premises of the primary schools since the last couple of weeks. However, on Sunday, they have managed to enter the premises by breaking the window panels and destroyed the school properties.

School officials also recovered several syringes inside the school premises which also reveal that the miscreants were under the influence of drugs.

Meanwhile, school authority had registered a case in connection to the matter at Biswanath Chariali Police Station and demanded immediate action upon the notorious group.

It is to be noted that the incident had led to an embarrassing situation among school staff members and teachers.
