Upamanyu Hazarika Lodges FIR Against BJP Legal Department

GUWAHATI: Upon the Law and Legal Affairs Department of BJP Prabajan Virodhi Manch supported Independent Candidate from No 7 Lok Sabha Constituency, Upamanyu Hazarika, was charged with breaking into the BJP election office and having stolen publicity material.

Denying the charges and deeming them false, Upamanyu Hazarika has lodged an FIR against the Law and Legal Affairs Department of BJP. He asked for an investigation and requested to book the culprits under section 211 and 182 of IPC.
