Vishnu to face Balaji in Jorhat Futures Tennis fil

GUWAHATI, Feb 24: Vishnu Vardhan will face  N Balaji in the fil of the Jorhat Men’s Futures 2017 Tennis championship which is scheduled to be held at the Jorhat Tennis court tomorrow. Vishnu Vardhan, in the first semi fil today, beat Sasi Kumar Mukund by  7-6, 6-1. In the second semi-fil N Sriram Balaji won a very well fought match,  which entertained the crowd,  against N Vijay Sundar Prasanth by  6-3, 6-4. The fil will be held tomorrow from 10 AM .

Meanwhile the doubles fil too will be all Indian affair where N Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan will face Mohit Mayur Jayaprakash and Vijay Sundar Prasanth. N Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan won their semi fil tie over the German-American pair Pirmin Haenle (Ger) and Shane Vinsant (USA) 6-2, 7-5. The other Semi fil was one sided affair where Mohit Mayur Jayaprakash and Vijay Sundar Prasanth defeated Rishab Agarwal and Niki Kaliyanda Poocha 6-2, 6-3.
