Tomato Gazpacho

Hola! Grab your bowl of weight loss-catalyzing soup, which is powered with veggie energy and nutrients. Though creamy, they will give you a delicious mean of losing shedding those unwanted pounds and fats.
They give filler kind of feeling, when consumed. Most importantly, they are just perfect for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. Don’t wait, just do it. This tomato soup is a low calorie soup packed with loads of veggies, including bell peppers and cucumbers.

Ingredients:

* Tomatoes – 4, medium sized, chopped roughly, blanched
* Cucumber – ¾ cup, peeled, chopped
* Green bell pepper – ¼ cup, finely chopped
* Tabasco sauce – 1 tsp
* Salt – to taste
* Sugar – ½ tsp
* Water – ½ cup
For Added Crunch:
* Red bell pepper – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
* Onions – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
* Cucumber – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
* Whole wheat noodles – 2 tbsp, dry roasted until golden brown

Method:

* Blend ingredients 1 to 3 with water to a smooth puree.
* Transfer to a strainer and strain the mixture into a large bowl.
* Mix in the spices and sauce well.
* Refrigerate for 120 minutes.
* While serving, sprinkle the veggies and noodles.
