World Trade Fair attracting huge crowd

GUWAHATI, September 17: The beautifully decorated World Trade Fair with special pavilions on Saalam Bollywood, foreign countries, local entrepreneurs and participants from other parts of the country is attracting a huge crowd since its iuguration on September 7 at Maniram Dewan Trade Centre.

The fair which is organised by Joya Communications with the support of ITFAA, organiser of Intertiol Guwahati Trade Fair will continue till September 20, 2015.

The Saalam Bollywood Pavilion displaying plaster of paris replicas of Bollywood superstars Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Deepika Padukone has become a big attraction among visitors to the fair. A local artist Suraj Das has designed the replicas.

“We have heard about Madam Tussaud wax museums but here we are actually getting opportunity to stand with famous celebrities from Bollywood and take pictures” informed Lopamudra Saikia, a fil year student of GIMT, Azara.  

The intertiol pavilion housing companies and products from Thailand, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan is also attracting huge numbers of visitors.

A collage of variety of foods enthralled the visitors breaking all boundaries of caste, creed, religion and tiolity. The Intertiol Food Court serving dishes from Pakistan, and rest of India has become the talk of the town. This was stated in a press release.
