Jorhat, February 16: The Xattradhikar of Bor Elengi Xatra, Prabhat Chandra Mahanta (87) passed away at the Xatra at Bor Elengi near Titabor in Jorhat district on Tuesday. Mahanta was suffering from heart complicacy for the past two days but this morning he fell ill and complained of breathing problem. He died before he could be taken to the hospital.
