Yoga Workshop Concludes at Lakhimpur, Assam

LAKHIMPUR, July 24: A yoga training workshop held under the aegis of Yoga Samaj, Lakhimpur, in collaboration with Azad Fine Art and Music College at its premises. The workshop concluded on Monday. The five-day long workshop began on July 19 with the lighting of ceremonial lamp by academician Mahesh Mahanta, also a member of the Yoga Research Cell of Pragya Sadhan Dhyan Yoga Kendra. Yoga practitioners Sanjib Borah, Ranjit Kakati, Beda Kanta Mahanta, Jitu Dutta, Guna Kanta Nath and Indrajit Kakati administered the training in the workshop while three students of PG Diploma Course of Yoga in Srimanta Sankardev Viswavidyalya, Pranab Nath, Sarbananda Nath and Himakhi Bhuyan demonstrated the yogasanas.
