Youngest BJP candidate Tejasvi Surya takes remarkable lead of 2 lakh plus votes

Bangaluru: As per the latest counting reports at 2 pm, the youngest BJP candidate contesting from Bangalore South Lok Sabha seat, has outshined with remarkable progress. The 28-year-old BJP candidate Tejasvi Surya has secured 6,46,240 votes and is leading by over 2 lakh votes over his Congress opponent BK Hariprasad. The Congress candidate secures 3,58,035 votes.

Expressing his joy over his achievement, Surya says that he would remain indebted to the citizens of Bengaluru South. He stated, "It's a victory for PM Narendra Modi. I am happy about the success. I must acknowledge the support extended by senior BJP leader for my victory."
