All Memba Students Union (AMSU) Seeks Action Against Erring Staff

ITANAGAR: The All Memba Students Union (AMSU) from Mechuka of Shi Yomi district of Arunachal Pradesh in a letter submitted to the Deputy Commissioner on Wednesday has sought immediate action against absentees and the irregular staff members in the administration .

The AMSU has stated that if action is not taken against the erring staff then they would resort to a democratic agitation programme.

The union said that the ADC, EAC and CO has been absent for a long period of time. As such, people are facing problems in availing government services in the district, it further added. The union also added that beside the administrator, the other heads of departments are also absent and those who are present are irregular in their jobs.

The union also appealed to the DC for the immediate posting of an independent Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) in the district and to instruct those administrators and HoDs who are absent and irregular.
