Arunachal unit of Indian Medical Association condemns attack on doctors

Itanagar: The Arunachal unit of Indian Medical Association (IMA) has vehemently condemned “vandalism and abuses against doctors and other medical personnel on duty in Rama Krishna Mission Hospital (RKMH) emergency services by one Tatung Taga AAPSU convener on November 3.

“The IMA stands in solidarity with our doctors and strongly advocates strict punishment under law for such heinous crime. IMA is ready to supports any democratic movement or legal course for the same. We will ensure that such acts of violence against medical professionals and vandalism of medical properties does not arise ever in future in the state, Indian Medical Association state branch president Dr Lobsang Tsetim and honorary secretary Dr Jego Ori said in a release here on Thursday.
