AALO: The Border Roads Organization (BRO) has been developing critical road network and infrastructure in the Northern and North Eastern Border areas of the country for strengthening Indian defense capabilities as well connecting far-flung Indian villages to the growth of India to improve their socio-economic status.

In this process, 92 RCC under 44 BRTF Project Brahmank (BRO) has been tirelessly working on up-gradation of 45 kms long Road Aalo to Kaying from existing single lane to double lane width in West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh since Jul 2013. In spite of various climatic challenges prevailed throughout the year, about 38 km road long stretch is fully developed to National High Way double lane width and remaining stretch of 07 Kms is planned to be developed by the mid of year 2019 with the dedicated efforts of BRO men and local CPLs.

This would undoubtedly help in improving the road connectivity in these remote and far flung regions, a boom for opening new horizons of progress, prosperity and socio-economic development of large population of these underdeveloped regions. Additionally, travelling time will also be reduced from two and half hours earlier to one and half hour.
