JSS draws huge crowd at Tawang

TAWANG, July 1: Jan Sunvai Sammelan (JSS) was organized by district administration, Tawang at Government Secondary School, Kitpi which was attended by a huge number of people on Sunday.

Keeping in line with the objective of the Sammelan to bring administration at every door step of the people, 52 departments headed by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sang Phuntsok came together under one single roof and offered services of manifold nature.

Amongst the services offered were issue/renewal of ILPs, Birth certificates, PRCs, STs, new water connection, electricity connection, Gas Connection(both normal and UJJWALA), Learners Driving License, distribution of LED bulbs under UJALA, opening of bank accounts including Jan Dhan accounts etc.

Meanwhile the Gaon Burahs (GBs) and community of Kitpi met with the DC and placed their grievances and requirements which were further discussed with concerned Head of departments for immediate resolution on the day.
