MLA Likha Saaya inaugurates 3-km road in Arunachal

ZIRO: MLA of 16th Yachuli constituency Likha Saaya Tuesday inaugurated a 3km PMGSY road from BRTF road to Peil Joram in the presence of Deputy Commissioner, Lower Subansiri District Chukhu Takar.
He also inaugurated Primary School at Peil Joram and also laid the foundation stone for a football ground at Phu Joram. “Joram is a blessed place, this small village is the home to many bureaucrats and technocrats”, he said while addressing the gathering. “We have a greater responsibility to emulate the path shown by the illustrious sons of Joram.” he added while encouraging the youths to be focused in their lives.
While encouraging progressive farmers he said that I have always advocated sustainable development activities cutting across all the departments. Today Yachuli constituency is the largest producer of cardamom and almost every household earns a substantial amount. “The law maker has been doing a whirlpool round of his constituency and taking a firsthand stock of all the developmental activities,” he added.
Earlier on Monday, he also inaugurated the link road from BRTF road to Kena Byolu Shuil Joram. DC Chukhu Takar also spoke on the occasion, terming roads as the most essential requisite of development; he called upon all to utilize judiciously the funds allotted for road constructions. Among others ADC Yachuli J T Obi, public leaders, ex PRI members and Officers attended the development meeting.
