National Seminar for Enhancing Farmers Income under North East Frontier Technical University

Itanagar: The faculty of Agriculture under North East Frontier Technical University will be organizing a day-long national seminar on “Innovative and Improved Cropping Pattern, Cropping System, Farming System and Marketing Strategies for Enhancing the Farmers Income in India” at the university premises at Aalo in West Siang district on January 28.

The programme supported by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), will be attended by the general manager of NABARD (Itanagar), Senior Scientist- cum-Head of ICAR and SP, an official release informed.

Various scientists, research scholars, faculties and students will be attending the seminar.

Eminent academicians, scientists and researchers from Assam Agriculture University, Krishi Vikas Kendra ICAR (Basar), SASARD, Nagaland and CAU Pasighat, will also attending the Seminar.
