The All Arunachal Private Schools’ Association (AAPSA) felicitates State teacher awardees

ITANAGAR: The All Arunachal Private Schools’ Association (AAPSA) felicitated the two State Teachers’ Awardees from the private schools here at AAPSA head office at Don Bosco Youth Centre (DBYC) on Friday.

Speaking to the members of All Arunachal Private Schools’ Association present, one of the State awardees Smitha Saju said that the award came to her as a surprise. “It was really a dream come true that I was selected therefore I promise to put more effort for the betterment and the welfare of children entrusted to me," she added.

The other awardees representing Donyi Polo Vidya Bhavan (DPVB) Yusihay Yobin expressed gratitude to AAPSA for selecting him who belongs to such a small tribe to receive the award. Quoting the words of State Governor BD Mishra at the award function, “Google will never replace the Guru”, Yusihay reiterated the unique role every teacher will continue to play even in this era of great technological advancement.
