All Assam Judicial Employees Association calls off Agitation Programme

DHUBRI, Nov 30: All Assam Judicial Employees Association (AAJEA) has called off its indefinite agitation programme beginning from December 1. A press release stated that in pursuance of the government letter no. JDJ 258/2018/4 dated November 28 and issued by the Judicial Department, Dispur informing the Association not to stage the agitation programme till the meeting proposed to be held on December 7 in the Judicial Department with office bearers of the association. General secretary of the association, Ananta Prasad informed The Sentinel that the association, after threadbare discussion on Thursday, decided to temporarily postpone the proposed agitation programme until further decision.
