The union leaders alleged that in the process of implementation of the MGNREGA scheme, some panchayat members as well as some officials and junior engineers of the Sapekhati BDO office had allegedly indulged in fraudulent acts for which the BPL labourers of the area could not get the Central Government assured 100 days job.
