Beenpani Foundation Dhakuakhona felicitates poor students

LAKHIMPUR: Beenpani Foundation of Dhakuakhona, which was constituted by 11 women members in 2016, organizes a unique felicitation programme to felicitate meritorious students of the subdivision on Sunday.

The institution gave warm felicitation to a galaxy of 15 meritorious students of the subdivision and extended financial help for the fourth time this year. A programme on this occasion was organized at the Dhakuakhana Government MV School premises with its president Jinu Konwar Gogoi in the chair. Academician Sewok Chandra Chutia was present in the event as appointed speaker while Lakhimpur ADC-cum-Dhakuakhana SDO(Civil) Arindam Baruah graced the occasion as the chief guest.

Academicians Dharanidhar Kalita and Digendra Nath Hazarika also spoke in the event which was organized under the management of secretary Mousumi Gogoi Hati Baruah. The institution felicitated Dimpal Baruah, Bhargab Dutta, Ishan Hundique, Raja Burhagohain, Jyoti Prashad Baruah, Nimisha Baruah, Gandiv Konwagr, Trinayan Borah, Deep Sikha Baruah, Ghanajyoti Gogoi, Uttam Doley, Ghana Kanti Koch, Sumki Gogoi and Sumitra Das who passed the HSLC and HS final exam in this year with flying colours braving their financial challenges.
