Bodies of missing youths recovered in Biswanath Chariali

Biswanath Chariali: The bodies of the two youths who had reportedly gone missing on Friday evening at Banhbari Ghat under Behali police station in Biswanath district, were recovered on Saturday in a joint effort made by the personnel of NDRF, SDRF and the local fishermen. The drowned youths were identified as Abhijit Saikia, son of Pulin Saikia of Banhbari village, and Gautam Borah, son of Pradeep Borah of Panjabari, Guwahati. Gautam who had appeared for the HSLC examination this year, was Abhijit’s cousin.
