DEMOW: A body was recovered from a pond near the NH-37 Road in Rajmai near Demow on Monday morning. According to sources, the body was recovered from a pond near the NH-37 Road in Rajmai on Monday morning. The deceased has been identified as Lakhindra Bhuyan (44), a resident of Rajmai Tea Garden 6 No Line. According to sources, Lakhindra Bhuyan used to earn his livelihood through daily wage jobs and on Sunday morning he had gone out for work. The Demow Police reached the spot and recovered the body and sent it for post mortem.
