Carcass of elephant found under Kothiatoli forest range

NAGAON: The carcass of a wild elephant was found in 13 number tea estate near Kandali PRF under Kothiatoli forest range early this morning. The patrolling forest personnel witnessed the carcass. Then the department concerned disposed off the carcass of the dead elephant after postmortem. The official concerned of the range suspected that the elephant might be killed due to fighting among themselves, sources said.
