Desks, Benches and Sports materials distributed in Schools

DHUBRI: Under the civic action programme 2010-20, 110 Bn. Border Security Force (BSF) based in Panbari (Dhubri) distributed desks, benches, and sports materials in schools located in the border villages of Dhubri district on the occasion of Children’s Day.

A meeting was organized for ceremonial distribution near the Sonahat Border Outpost which was attended by the huge number of villagers, students, and teachers.

DIG Lalit Kumar and Commandant TT Farka were present and distributed the desks, benches, almirah and sports materials among the headmasters, teachers and students of Kedar Lower Primary School, Bhogdanga Lower Primary School, Faskarkuti Lower Primary School, Kedar Middle English School, Binnachar High, Middle English and Lower Primary Schools, Gaikhowa Lower Primary School, Bishkhowa Lower Primary and Middle English School, Paborchar Lower Primary School, Satrasal Middle English and few more schools.

DIG Lalit Kumar, while addressing the meeting, said that they were deeply concerned about the well-being of the people living in the border villages and this was why BSF had been organizing the Civic Action Programme from time to time.
