Drug peddler arrested with 44 grams of heroin in Dibrugarh

DIBRUGARH: A police team headed by Officer in-charge, Dibrugarh Sadar Police Station, and his deputy TSI Arjun Singh carried out a raid at various places in the eastern parts of the town and arrested one drug peddler, Amrit Bora from convoy Road. Police also seized 44 grams of heroin from his possession.

According to police, arrested Bora was peddling drugs in the convoy road area and its adjacent locality for a long time and had polluted the social atmosphere in the area. Police registered a case under NDPS Act.
