"To bring out voters in large numbers and to make them cast their votes free and fairly without being lured is our major challenge in this ensuing election," said Roshni Aparnaji Korati, the Returning Officer of 12-Jorhat HPC who was also present during the press interaction along with Tapan Gohain, Additional Deputy Commission (ADC), District Election Officer Shekhar Dutta and Sarodi Gogoi, DIPRO, Jorhat.
