Final electoral rolls for 31- Sidli (ST) LAC published

KOKRAJHAR: The Deputy Commissioner of Chirang and Electoral Registration Officer for 31- Sidli (ST) Legislative Assembly Constituency (LAC), GautamTalukdar on Monday informed that the list of amendments to the final photo electoral roll for the same assembly constituency had been prepared with reference to January 1, 2021 as qualifying date and in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960.

In this connection, he informed that a copy of the roll, together with the list of amendments, were published and made available for inspection at the office of the District Election Officer, Chirang, Kajalgaon and at all polling stations under 31-Sidli (ST) LAC during office hours. As per data provided by him, the total number of voters in the constituency was 2,05,038 with 1,02,586 male, 1,02,446 female and 6 third gender voters. Around 7,705 voters have been deleted from the electoral roll since the draft electoral roll was published on November 18, 2020.
