Iyamin Ali of Barpeta tops Assam High Madrassa (AHM) exam, 2020

BARPETA: Iyamin Ali of Kahibari village, Barpeta topped the Assam High Madrassa (AHM) exam, result of which was declared on Saturday.

He is a student of Dhakuwa High Madrassa and son of Karam Ali and Manowara Khatun. Iyamin secured 558 marks with letter marks in all subjects. His father is a farmer who also sells vegetables and daily wage jobs to support his family. With his hard work and dedication, Iyamin achieved success in the AHM exam. He aspires to become a doctor. Considering the poor economic condition of Iyamin, the MLA of Barpeta, Gunindra Nath Das has taken the responsibility to support his HS education. The MLA also handed him Rs 5,000 on Saturday.
