Lion Praveen Agrawal distributed sewing machines to poor women in Lakhimpur

LAKHIMPUR: Lions Club International 322D District Governor, Lion Praveen Agrawal distributed nine sewing machines to economically weaker women free of cost along with the members of Lions Club Lakhimpur and Prerana Club in a programme held at DK Road Charali.

During the official visit of the District Governor to both clubs, a meeting was organized. Lions Club Lakhimpur president Manik Lal Damani, Prerna Club president Mandira Sharma Chaliha, regional chairperson Chhatar Singh Giria along with District Governor Lion Praveen Agrawal were present in the meeting. Members of both clubs and members of the newly-formed Bandardeva Club were also present in the meeting which was conducted by programme coordinator Jyotsna Medak.
