NDRF organizes sanitization drive in Guwahati amid COVID-19 outbreak

GUWAHATI: Rescuers of 1st Battalion NDRF Guwahati (Assam) under the supervision of Randhir Singh Gill, Commandant 1st Bn NDRF carried out a sanitization drive at BSNL office & office of Council of Baptist Churches in Guwahati on Friday. The teams sprayed out disinfectant consisting of Sodium Hypochlorite. They distributed food to more than 350 needy people at Borgaon and Nizsundary Ghopa Changsari in Kamrup district (Rural). NDRF rescuers distributed food to these people in collaboration with Amrit Bhog Bhandara Guwahati, Assam, stated a press release.
