Notorious robber held by Sivasagar Police

Joysagar: Mustak Hussain (38), hardcore robber, was nabbed by Sivasagar Police on Wednesday night from the Cherekapara area of Sivasagar. Sivasagar Sadar O/C Pranjit Lahkar led the operation and following secret tip-off, police were able to nab the absconding robber. Mustak was allegedly involved in the robbery of a marriage party in the Sivasagar Old Amolapatty area about a month ago. His associates are still absconding and police are searching for them. Meanwhile, Sivasagar Police led by DSP S. Dutta busted many illegal liquor dens in and around Sivasagar town area on Wednesday night.
