NYK invites applications for district-level award to outstanding youth clubs

Hailakandi: Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK), Hailakandi invites applications for the District level Award to Outstanding Youth Clubs (AOYC) for the year 2019-20. District Youth Coordinator, Kalpana Gangopadhyay said the AOYC will be awarded for the activities from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. Gangopadhyay said the youth clubs which have been given award under AOYC scheme during the last two years will not be eligible to apply.

"Only those youth clubs will be eligible to apply under AOYC scheme which are registered and affiliated with district NYKs," added Gangopadhyay. Audit report of the applicant youth clubs is mandatory. At district level, the winner will be awarded Rs. 25,000 and the youth club will have to utilise the award money for community development only. The last date for submission of application form is November 9.
